Salary: £16,686.38 per annum (FTE: £21,237.21 per annum)

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper & General Cleaner to join our Campus Services team, ensuring our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper & General Cleaner, you will:

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and offices.
• Ensure all cleaning is carried out to a high standard, following conservation principles where required.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment for staff, students, and guests.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and cleaning skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
